Which part of Antalya?

Antalya city sits in the middle of the coast, with the old town of Kaleiçi, Konyaaltı beach to the west and Lara beach to the east, close to the airport. Arriving in Antalya and getting around

Flights from the UK to Antalya (AYT) take around four to four and a half hours. The airport is east of the city, around 20 minutes from Lara, around half an hour from Kaleiçi and Belek, around an hour from Side and Kemer, and around two hours from Alanya.

Many hotels offer transfers, and dolmuş minibuses link the resorts with the city. A hire car is handy for exploring the coast and the ancient sites.

When to visit Antalya

Antalya has hot, dry summers, with temperatures often above 30°C from June to September, and the beach season runs from around May to October.
